SHIPPING & RETURNS

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 14 business days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days)

**For all phone cases-The item must be returned with original packaging. In addition, there will be a restocking fee of 10.00 per phone case as these are made to order tems.



Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Most items ship within 1-2 business days. There are exceptions and if so that will be notated in the description of the item.  Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Choosing Priority Mail means the item will ship priority mail. This does not affect the days it takes to ship. If you want an item  rushed, please contact us via the chat and if the item{s} that you want are available we will give you a price for rush shipping

Please inspect orders once they are received. Any issues with orders such as incorrect item received or an item not received must be reported within 7 business days of receipt of order. Please email any issues to sokoolsisters@gmail.com
